GDS Modification - Invoice no longer reflects paid amount

GDS Modification no longer reflecting payments

 

Issue: After a modification on a GDS reservation, the payment is no longer reflecting the ‘paid’ and ‘due’ amounts correctly

 

Solution:

Within the ‘Contact Data’ screen, select the invoice

Click on the payments tab

On your keyboard press Ctrl + Shift + P

This will refresh the payment tables, and the ‘paid’ and ‘due’ amounts should show correctly
