How to Make a Group Reservation

Group reservations that require several rooms can be booked from the Occupancy Map using the following steps:

  1. Click the Toggle Group Selection button on the main toolbar.

  1. Click and drag to highlight the nights that the group members will be in house. In the example below, the group is booking five rooms (Blue, Red, Green, Buck and Aquar) for Thursday the 3rd and Friday the 4th.

Is it possible to convert a single reservation into a group reservation?  In other words, a person books a unit, and then later wants to add one or more units?

    Good morning,

Is there an answer to the above question?

In addition I would like to be able to convert several single reservations into a group.

And lastly have the group members stand out on the occupancy map.
