Click the Occupancy Map icon to display a visual representation of reservations by unit.

Occupancy Map Settings

Occupancy Map colors and display settings are customized by clicking the Occupancy Map Settings button ( [image]) on the main toolbar.

Click the Colors link to specify how the Occupancy Map is colored. There are two options available, In- House Status or Payment Status.

After selecting a display setting, customizable Occupancy Map colors include:

 

  • In House Status Colors

  • Payment Status Colors

  • Other Colors

Customizable display settings include:

The Daily Cell Width and Daily Cell Height fields control the size of each Occupancy Map cell. To change the default weekend days, simply click into the field and select weekend days from the drop-down menu.

With the Show Clean/Dirty field set to Yes, the Occupancy Map displays each unit’s housekeeping status

  • a green dot (clean) or red dot (dirty).
